We have been using Ryan and Amy for day/overnight care since September 2006. We had used another facility in town,
but what I liked about Ryan, is that he had a schedule the dogs followed including walks and exercise, rather than just
playtime in a fenced in yard.
He and Amy are very personable and easy to talk to. I could see that they were genuine and sincere about what they do.
If you spend time there, you will see how the dogs respect Ryan and listen to him.
Our dog Baxter has been much more tolerant of other dogs since going to the DogHaven Ranch.
He seems fine when I drop him off, knows the routine there, and what to expect. As his slogan says, I no longer feel guilty
when I have to leave Baxter.
I have also used Ryan once for a training session. He came to the park with us, where we were having the problem.
Baxter was wandering off to the backyards of our neighborhood park I liked the fact that Ryan already knew Baxter,
and his personality, and traits of a terrier. Ryan's advice worked and our problem is solved.
I would highly recommend Ryan and Amy for their services.
